DESIGN THOUGHTS
The concept of Brownstone residence was inspired by the client’s hometown - Positano. This place is located among nature - ocean, mountains, and forests. Through use of natural elements, our team tried to recreate a feeling of the client’s hometown and bring a presence of Positano into New York city. Use of stone, concrete, wood, and natural elements as trees, water and sky makes this design biophilic and sustainable.
